The Opportunity
We are looking for a full-time Head of Sales to take ownership of our sales and marketing journey. This role is ideal for someone who wants to start hands-on as our primary sales driver and grow into leading a world-class commercial organization as we scale internationally.
You will be the architect of our revenue growth: from refining our sales strategy and winning new customers to eventually building and leading a sales & marketing team.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead the sales function – from strategy to execution, starting as the primary salesperson.
- Drive new customer acquisition through direct outreach, partnerships, and inbound leads.
- Refine our sales process and messaging to accelerate deal cycles and boost conversion rates.
- Represent Priceff at customer meetings, industry events, and conferences.
- Oversee marketing efforts in collaboration with internal and external resources.
- Manage the sales pipeline and report results directly to the CEO.
- Build and lead the commercial team (sales, business development and marketing) as the company grows.
- Be a key contributor in Priceff strategy and leadership towards an international success story.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in scaling-stage companies.
- Strategic thinker who is equally comfortable in hands-on selling.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to develop a compelling value proposition and negotiate effectively.
- Experience in (selling) price optimization or similar highly analytical automatization solutions.
- Understanding or ability to quickly grasp the price optimization market and solutions.
- Ideally experience in building or managing high-performing sales teams.
- Experience in or openness to international sales.
- Fluency in English; Finnish is a strong plus. Additional languages such as German, Spanish, Swedish or Italian will help you to succeed.
- Growth mindset and readiness to evolve from individual contributor to team leader.
- A sense of humor – because we believe scaling a company should also be fun.
- We are open to considering both more senior and more junior candidates – as long as you have proven success in international SaaS sales and are willing to develop into a sales leader.
