Business Consultant (full-time)

Priceff is a SaaS company based in Helsinki that provides a unique solution for optimizing prices in rentals, bookings and transportation. We are still small, but profitable and growing. We also conduct academic research in the field of price optimization.

We are looking for a Business Consultant to implement the Priceff solution for new customers, ensure success of existing customers and support sales work. This is a great opportunity to grow together with us and become a core member of our team and an expert in price optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Support and later lead Priceff customer implementation projects
  • Analyze customer pricing performance with Python, Excel and R
  • Configure Priceff solution for the customer
  • Organize regular customer meetings with review of results and suggestions for further improvements
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and value
  • Participate in selected sales meetings as solution expert (and long-term also pricing expert)
  • Participate in Priceff research & development work ensuring customer perspective is well reflected in everything we plan and do

Preferably you have the following

  • Great analytical skills, already proven in previous job(s) or studies
  • Experience in analysis work using Python, Excel and R
  • Great people skills in facilitating meetings, discussing analytical topics, and ability to explain complex concepts to various audiences
  • Ability to analyze and understand customer business performance and needs and turn them into pricing solution requirements and configuration
  • Excellent English and Finnish skills. Preferably also Swedish. Knowledge of other languages like German, Italian or Spanish is a big plus
  • Preferably some relevant part time or full time work experience
  • Interest in pricing and related business logic
  • Interest in sales
  • Capability to grow with the company and role
  • Located in Helsinki region (with an existing job permit or nationality enabling working in Finland)
  • A good sense of humor. We work in a professional manner, but life should not be too serious all the time 🙂

Priceff is a fast-growing Helsinki-based company with a lot of experience in pricing and related research. We have customers in Finland, Sweden, Germany and Italy and our solution is used in many more countries already. We optimize prices of e.g. car and other rentals, ferry and bus tickets, spa visits, event tickets and food home delivery.

Our office is at Elimänkatu in Vallila, but you can naturally work much of the time remotely, especially after first getting to know us and learning the basics.
